M4 note
M4 is the optional pre-warm layer. When specified, review confirms whether it is equipped, which recovered-heat hardware and operating mode are appropriate, where recovered heat is useful, and how controls, safety, service access, and responsibility are handled. When equipped in the M3 dressing-room area, M4 can support baseline readiness in the dressing room, sauna shell, water-side heating, or another reviewed site heat need.
For private use, M4 is considered as a compact protected service cassette. For professional use, the pre-warm basis is scaled to the site.
Remote readiness or remote pre-heat can reduce the cold-start load where controls, sensors, and safety allow. M4 does not heat the sauna to bathing temperature; it supports a warmer starting condition before the stove completes the lift to bathing range. The sauna stove remains responsible for final bathing temperature, stones, steam, and löyly.
