The website starts the project. The written quote and order confirmation define the commercial agreement.

    Receive a transparent written quote separating the guaranteed cabin hardware from site-specific delivery and assembly.

  4. 04 Order

    The order becomes binding when SAUNA. issues the order confirmation after written acceptance and any stated advance payment.

  5. 05 Deliver

    SAUNA. coordinates factory flat-pack crating, direct transport to site, and local assembly coordination across Denmark. Ground-prep guidelines and 400V electrical schematics are confirmed prior to dispatch.

  6. 06 Handover

    Receive product information, care, and warranty terms. SAUNA. remains the first contact.

Terms.

Quote
The written quote states scope, price, delivery and placement basis, payment schedule, and its period of validity.
Order
An order becomes binding only when SAUNA. issues a written order confirmation after written acceptance and any stated advance payment.
Price
Prices are from and ex VAT. VAT is calculated for the delivery country.
Included
Listed prices include the complete engineered sauna system and specified heater setup. Because site conditions vary, transport, crane handling (if required), and physical assembly are quoted transparently at cost based on access.
Changes
Changes after order confirmation require a written agreement on scope, price, and timing before the changed work proceeds.
Payment
Payment method and schedule are stated in the order confirmation. Ordering and delivery booking begin only after any stated advance payment.
Cancellation
Before order confirmation, contact SAUNA. Product-specific cancellation terms and statutory consumer rights are stated with the order.

Privacy.

Use
Enquiry details are used to respond, prepare the project basis, coordinate the selected scope, and provide support.
Minimum
Name and email are the minimum. Site detail is optional.
Lists
No marketing lists. No data sold or shared beyond the project.

Delivery.

Delivery is planned from the product, address, access, placement, and the work assigned to each party.

Product path
M1 arrives assembled. Selected Auroom models and custom indoor work follow their product-specific delivery and assembly path.
Site check
The address, access route, unloading or crane basis, placement, base, and available power are reviewed before order.
Included
Listed prices include the complete engineered sauna system and specified heater setup. Because site conditions vary, transport, crane handling (if required), and physical assembly are quoted transparently at cost based on access.
Specialists
Site work may be carried out by the client’s team or arranged through SAUNA. Scope and cost are confirmed separately.
Responsibility
The quote identifies client preparations, SAUNA. coordination, and any named delivery or specialist scope.
Timing
The working delivery window is confirmed after the product path, supplier timing, access, and any site dependencies are known.

Warranty.

SAUNA. remains the first contact for care, support, and a complaint. Product-specific warranty terms are issued with the order.

First contact
SAUNA. receives the enquiry, confirms the product path, and coordinates the next step.
Product warranty
The warranty terms for the selected product accompany the order and handover material.
Consumer rights
For private consumers in Denmark, statutory rights apply alongside any manufacturer warranty.
Custom indoor
Warranty, responsibilities, and care are defined with the room-specific scope.
