The briefing is not a live connection. AI answers may contain errors. SAUNA. confirms configuration, feasibility, prices and timing in a written quotation. Avoid sharing confidential information with your AI assistant.

Choose curbside delivery or a project that includes installation and commissioning. SAUNA. organises the agreed scope for your site and remains your point of contact. Your quotation states whether unloading is included and what is required for a ready-to-use handover.

Pricing response

We respond within one working day with an initial assessment and next steps. Final transport and installation pricing may take longer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays.

Special access

Remote locations, islands, restricted access and crane work may require a separate assessment. Any extra cost is identified before the final quotation is accepted. For cross-border deliveries, including Norway, the quotation identifies customs clearance, the importer and any import taxes or charges included or payable separately.

Product path

M1 arrives assembled. Auroom saunas and custom indoor work follow their product-specific delivery and assembly path.

Site check

The address, access route, unloading or crane basis, placement, base, and available power are reviewed before order.

Scope

Transport, unloading, lifting, placement, assembly, site preparation, and any required electrical connection are quoted separately. The written quote confirms what is included, including unloading for curbside delivery and the work needed for a ready-to-use handover.

Specialists

SAUNA. coordinates manufacturers, delivery providers and suitable installation partners for the project. Available services, responsibilities and costs are confirmed before your order. Your own contractors can carry out agreed site preparation. Any required electrical work is carried out by a qualified electrician.

Execution

For Auroom Designer saunas, assembly can be arranged with Auroom’s team from Estonia. Local site preparation, unloading, placement and electrical work are arranged for the individual project, with providers and costs confirmed in the quotation. You may also use your own contractors.

Responsibility

Your project agreement is with SAUNA. We coordinate the services included in our quotation and remain your contact through delivery and aftercare. The quotation identifies the preparation you arrange and the work we organise. Partners may contact you directly to coordinate agreed site work.

Timing

Standard Auroom production typically takes 6–8 weeks after order, drawings and the required advance are confirmed and production is released. Custom Auroom production typically takes 8–12 weeks. These production periods exclude transport and installation. M1 has a separate indicative delivery allowance of 10–12 weeks. We confirm the delivery schedule and any installation or handover date in your written offer. Barrel saunas, cold immersion and outdoor showers are scheduled individually.

SAUNA. remains the first contact for care, support, and a complaint. Product-specific warranty terms are issued with the order.

SAUNA. receives the enquiry, confirms the product path, and coordinates the next step.

Product warranty

The applicable product warranty and support path are stated with the order and supplied with the handover material.

Consumer rights

For private consumers in Denmark and Germany, statutory rights apply alongside any manufacturer warranty.

Custom indoor

Warranty, responsibilities, and care are defined with the room-specific scope.

Contact SAUNA. with the order reference, product, site, and a clear description of the issue.

Indicative offer

We refine the configuration and estimated budget with you. When you wish to proceed, we check supply, delivery and installation before issuing the final written quotation for your approval. Estimates, applicable taxes, assumptions and exclusions are clearly marked. No payment is requested for an indicative offer.

Quote

The written quote states scope, price, delivery and placement basis, payment schedule, and its period of validity. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

Order

An order becomes binding only when SAUNA. issues a written order confirmation after written acceptance and any stated advance payment.

Price

Starting prices for the stated configurations include Danish VAT: Auroom in DKK, M1 in EUR and DKK. Prices marked indicative remain subject to confirmation. Request an Auroom offer in DKK, EUR, NOK or SEK. Bespoke projects are individually quoted. Delivery, lifting, site preparation, assembly and any required electrical connection are quoted separately. Configuration changes may affect price and timing. Your written quote confirms the final equipment, scope, currency, applicable VAT and schedule.

Included

The product page describes the model and configuration options. The written quote confirms the product, equipment, delivery, assembly, and site scope included for the project.

Changes

Changes after order confirmation require a written agreement on scope, price, and timing before the changed work proceeds.

Payment

Payment method and schedule are stated in the written quotation before acceptance. Ordering and delivery booking begin only after any stated advance payment.

Cancellation

Applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights and any product-specific terms are provided before the order becomes binding.

Information

We receive the contact details, location, product choices, project notes and correspondence you provide. Required fields are marked in the form; without the required details we cannot process that form request. Our hosting provider also handles technical connection information, such as IP address and request data, to deliver and protect the website.

Purpose & basis

We use enquiry and project information to take steps you request before a contract and to perform an agreed contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Business-contact correspondence, website security and handling legal claims rely on our legitimate interests in running and protecting the business (Article 6(1)(f)). Records required for accounting or other legal obligations are processed under Article 6(1)(c).

Providers & sharing

Netlify hosts the website and processes submitted forms, including spam filtering through its subprocessor Automattic (Akismet). Google Workspace handles our email correspondence. Relevant information may be shared with manufacturers, transport providers, installers and professional advisers where needed for your requested or agreed project, or with authorities where legally required.

International processing

Netlify and Google Workspace may process information outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Their published data-processing terms describe the applicable transfer mechanisms, including adequacy arrangements where applicable and EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Links to those terms are provided below; contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

Retention

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless specific information is needed for a legal obligation or dispute. For projects, we retain the records needed to fulfil the order, provide aftercare, meet accounting obligations and establish or defend legal claims; retention depends on the relevant obligation and claim period. Browser-draft storage is described below.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@sauna.website to exercise these rights. You may complain to Datatilsynet in Denmark or the competent supervisory authority where you live or work.

External services

Booking and social-media links take you to external services. Those services handle your information under their own privacy notices when you use them. The sauna planner prepares an enquiry; the project offer is reviewed by a person.
