Heating and operation
The included sauna heating system brings the cabin to bathing temperature and remains responsible for stones, steam, and löyly.
The final control basis, compatible equipment, and operating instructions are provided for the confirmed heating system.
Optional remote pre-warm and baseline-warmth layer. M4 does not remotely start or control the sauna stove.
Material care, cleaning, and routine maintenance guidance accompanies the product.
Warranty and support terms are supplied with the order.

Site and delivery
Foundation, electrical, drainage, access, and placement information provided for the confirmed site.
Prepared concrete slab or screw piles for the confirmed product and placement method.
Active sauna stove load, plus the reviewed M4 load where included.
Required where selected M5 or M7 functions depend on plumbing.
Vehicle delivery path and crane access where direct placement is not possible.
Municipality-dependent and confirmed for the site.
Exposure, view, services, delivery path, lifting method, and local responsibilities reviewed before production.
If site preparation is needed, use your own team or ask SAUNA. to arrange it.
Delivery and placement
SAUNA. M1 is delivered as an assembled sauna unit.
Vehicle access, unloading, turning space, and the route to the placement position are confirmed before production.
Direct placement, crane placement, or special handling is selected for the confirmed access condition.
Foundation, power, required water or drainage, access, and local permissions remain site responsibilities unless separately agreed.
Electrical connection, commissioning, and any required plumbing are completed within the confirmed responsibility scope.
